These are email exchanges with recent customers (with all identifying customer information removed).

We have selected these particular emails for your review from the hundreds we receive each month.

As you can see from reading them, these were definitely NOT selected because they all say positive things about getting tested (but we did put some of the glowing ones in as well).

These emails do accurately portray the kind of issues that come up and how tSTD deals with those issues.

We take responsibility for successfully testing everyone who orders. When something happens that requires re-testing or a second PSC visit, we fix it quickly, and we always fix it at our expense.

If the inconvenience to you becomes significant, we refund part - or all - of your fee.

We value the trust our customers have placed with us. And we use every bit of feedback you give us to improve our business.
